What does a typical day/ week in your role look like?
There isn’t really a “typical” day and that’s exactly what I like about my role. My week is a mix of calls with international customers and distributors, project follow-ups, quotations, and internal discussions with technical and marketing teams. I spend a lot of time coordinating, connecting people, and making sure projects move forward smoothly across different countries and time zones. It’s fast-paced, varied, and very international.
What has been your journey to get you to where you are now?
My journey has been shaped by a strong interest in people, projects, and international environments. I’ve built my experience around sales and project coordination, often in technical contexts, where listening, adaptability, and trust are key. Over time, working with international customers felt like a natural path for me ,it combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and cultural diversity.

What made you choose Froilabo? and how long have you been here?
I joined Froilabo recently, and what really stood out to me was the company’s reputation for scientific expertise and innovation, combined with a very human and collaborative approach. I was also excited by the international dimension of the role and the opportunity to work with highly specialised products while contributing directly to export growth.
What advice would you give someone at the start of their career?
Be curious and don’t put limits on yourself too early. Ask questions, learn from others, and don’t be afraid of challenges, they’re often where you grow the most. And above all, remember that careers are built step by step, through experiences and relationships, not perfection
What do you do in your spare time? / Where would we find you on the weekend?
In my spare time, I really enjoy travelling and discovering new places and cultures, it’s also one of the reasons I chose an international career, as I’m naturally curious and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds. At the same time, spending quality time with my family is very important to me and is where I truly recharge, especially on weekends.

What is top of your bucket list?
At the top of my bucket list is continuing to travel the world, discovering new cultures, and creating meaningful human connections. I’m especially drawn to experiences that allow me to better understand how people live, work, and collaborate across different parts of the world.
Top 5 movies
I’m not really a movie person; I’m more into TV series especially series with strong characters and human stories; but here are a few movies and series that really stood out to me:
- Money Heist
- Stranger Things
- Breaking Bad
- The Pursuit of Happiness
- Reina del Flow
