The role will require the ability to fit in well as part of a team, whilst also being capable of working independently. As Froilabo\u2019s resident design authority for refrigeration, the role will require international travel to Froilabo\u2019s production site in Romania as well as occasional travel to France.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop refrigeration circuits, including component selection (compressors, heat exchangers, regulators, etc.), test, and optimization. Create and enact test plans to determine circuit reliability and make appropriate design tweaks based on the data.<\/li>\n<li>Drive ongoing transition of products to green refrigerants, ensure product compliance to relevant European and foreign regulatory requirements. Monitor changes to the requirements and ensure products and production processes continue to comply.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Production Engineers in transitioning refrigeration circuits into production; advise on tools and processes to increase quality and throughput.
