Lors d&rsquo;un test d&rsquo;acceptation sur site (SAT), le cong\u00e9lateur rapide CRP de Froilabo a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sur une ligne de production traitant des produits plasmatiques. Par la suite, le cong\u00e9lateur a maintenu la temp\u00e9rature de -70\u00b0C en mode conservation avec une grande stabilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la circulation d&rsquo;air \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la cuve. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs heures en mode conservation, le cong\u00e9lateur passe en mode d\u00e9givrage de 12 minutes pour \u00e9viter la formation de givre. Ce mode n&rsquo;est pas nocif pour les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la cuve.   <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exigence du client est de congeler les poches de plasma en moins de 2,5 heures. Le CRP y parvient en environ 2 heures, donnant une marge \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur. Le cong\u00e9lateur rapide Froilabo est une m\u00e9thode fiable et facile \u00e0 utiliser pour la cong\u00e9lation des poches de plasma. Le produit congel\u00e9 peut ensuite \u00eatre plac\u00e9 en stockage longue dur\u00e9e au froid.
