  We can intervene rapidly (24/48H) on your devices to repair them. This work can be carried out on the spot (in your premises) or in our premises.

 Maintenance contract (preventive maintenance) :

 We can propose you several types of contracts, with one or two preventive visits per year, the whole of the corrective services, the replacement of some spare parts…

Don't hesitate to contact our services so we can propose you a contract. Visits permit to check completely the working of your device.

Update :

 We can update your devices either to make their use easier, to improve their performances or to comply with new norms or decrees.

Such services can be carried out on the refrigerating part (update of the refrigerating fluids), the electronic electric or even mechanic part.

Rent :

 We can rent some equipment to you: low-temperature freezers, component conditionner, climatic enclosure…, in case one of your devices breaks down, or during a short period of testing or validation.

Spare parts :

 We store a great number of spare parts in our three stores (Paris, Lyons, Marseille).

Phone support :

 Our Hot Line technician, helped by our research department, can answer your technical questions about our devices : diagnosis, instructions support...

Training :

 We can provide a training on our products, it can deal with the use of the product or its maintenance.
